ABOUT US
As Founder and Executive Director, Will is responsible for overseeing all programs and services at Clarion Day, while developing and implementing the organization’s vison, as well as crafting and executing strategies that guide Clarion Day’s mission and growth.

Will graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science and founded Clarion Day out of a desire to offer a unique approach to serving a community, which he has strong connections to. Will's aims to innovate and establish practices for our clients that provide a foundation for continued success. Prior to establishing Clarion Day, Will worked for more than twelve years in the defense sector, where he held positions as a manager, trainer, and cartographer.

Laura Schultz
Day Program Manager
As day program manager for Clarion Day, Laura helps guide the day so it can run as smoothly as possible while our groups are out in the community. Laura oversees Clarion Day staff and currently more than 30 clients, helping them bring their goals to life while encouraging continued growth and new achievements.
Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts in elementary education, complemented by endorsements in reading and early childhood education. Her experience as a teacher revealed her passion for supporting others, and she discovered that humor and a distinct personality foster joyful and memorable experiences for those around her. Laura is passionate about supporting individuals as they build meaningful connections, grow in confidence, and pursue their personal goals. Laura believes that every experience together is an opportunity to learn and enjoy and Laura strives to make each day engaging and memorable.
